We provide a turn-key approach to our full-service projects, including project oversight of tradespeople involved, product selection and procurement, coordinating logistics and final installation to ensure that everything flows together seamlessly, resulting in a beautiful and cohesive design that you’ll love for years to come.

Service Includes:

  1. A Telephone Consultation With Candice Prather to discuss your design aesthetic, how you will be using the space, your time-frame for completion, your budget, and priorities along with how we work and communicate with you during the design process.

  2. A 1-hour “pre-design” site visit with measurements at your home to assess the space and see the items we have to work with. In this consult, we'll take before pictures and take room measurements to ensure that everything we order fits.

  3. Design Concept, Presentation, and Approval (including furniture, color palette, lighting, area rug, window treatments & accessories), so you’ll know exactly how your home will look like when we’re done.

  4. Purchasing of Items where we create all purchase orders, track orders, assess lead times, note any back-orders or discontinued items that may delay the project, and make decisions whether or not to re-select.

  5. Install Day which is the big step when items are installed and styled for a beautiful and inspiring finish. Installation is typically done in one day.

  6. Resolving Deficiencies (if applicable) where we coordinate with the trade person, subcontractor, or vendor involved to cure any deficiencies within 14 business days. 

  7. Client Closure Meeting to meet to make sure you are completely satisfied with your finished space and discuss a convenient day for us to schedule a professional photographer to shoot pictures of the project.

How it Works:

Phase I: Establishing Project Parameters - We decipher the needs, wants, and goals of your project.

Phase II: Design - We put our heads down and come up with some concepts and solutions for you and your space

Phase III: Design Development - We further develop the design through 3-D drawings, floor plans, and elevations. This is also where your budget is approved and shopping and showroom visits are done, as necessary. 

Phase IV: Documentation of Design - We ensure the draws up of your project are signed off by you and given to the appropriate vendors to ensure clear instruction and if something is done off plan by mistake, you don’t have to pay for it./

Phase V: Site Visits and Installation - We make site visits to verify progress and quality. Then we furnish, decorate, and style for your big reveal.
